According to testimony at trial, Pires obtained images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct, through a file share program called Limewire, which allows users to exchange image and video files for free.
This is why I stay clear of file-sharing sites like LimeWire. It is so easy to accidently download pornography, even child pornography. You never know what you actually are downloading. It could be pornography, viruses, copywritten music, or other dangerous files.
